Extra Easy Subway syn values ...

My daughters school has an inset day tomorrow. So we are treating her to lunch out. Choice between subway or KFC. I'm thinking Subway will be the better option. Anyway .. Just wondering if someone can tell me the syns of these (what I fancy but can't decide which one lol!)

Steak and cheese Sandwich on 9-Grain Wheat Bread with Salad (each) 17 syns

Subway Low Fat Sub 6 Inch Chicken Tikka on 9-Grain Wheat Bread with Salad (each) 14.5syns

Subway Sub 6 Inch Big Beef Melt on 9-Grain Wheat Bread with Salad (each) 20 syns

The pulled pork must be relatively new as syns online don't have it but other similar ones from elsewhere are all around the 24 syn mark.

These are all on 9 grain wheat bread as they don't give another option so I'm not sure if that is with some syns deducted for a hex b but it doesn't say that so I'd assume not.

A lot of their salads are free if you skip the dressing and the olives??

Thank you!!!! The ones I really fancied were the tikka one or the steak and cheese one!! I did wonder about a salad .. but then I thought I eat a lot of that at home lol!!
 
Well tikka is within syns. My problem there is just having the 6". The footlong is just soooo tempting!!
 
I had the tikka one. Was delicious I don't think I could manage a foot long
