Hi i have been trying to find the syn value of subway tuna as i have the salad bowl when I go ,thanks

If it's not in a sauce then it's free. I've never had their tuna. I like the steak and cheese way too much. Come to think of it that may not help....!

Thank you will have to ask if its in a sauce as it doesn't look dry,think i might just pick something that i know is definitely free lol x

It's tuna mayo. Not listed separately in the app but the sub version is 17 syns. The bread is 9.5 syns and extra mayo as sauce (it's listed as serving suggestion, so I'm assuming it's included in the nutritional info) is 3 syns. So I would say just the tuna is at least 4.5 syns if you get the same portion size on the salad as in the sub.
