success express recipe ideas

Have just logged on to research the same thing! Soup is the obvious choice but I'm looking to add some casseroles or stews too. So far, I have a mushroom pate (will put on ryvita for HEB); vegetable curry; quorn casserole; barbeque beans quorn casserole; spinach and chickpea curry. Hope to do most of those in my slow cooker and then do a stir fry too. All ending up vegetarian, not sure why! Daily plan: fruit and yoghurt for breakfast; vegetable soup for lunch; casserole/stir-fry/stew for supper. I'm planning to do it for 4 days and then just do normal plan for other 3 days.
