I think it's low calorie version that uses a point system to see if can kick start or boost weight loss if you are struggling with gains or maintains. Stuck to for a period of one week to kickstart loss if you have been following the "normal" plan 100% and seen no losses. I could be wrong though and thinking of something else.

Yep, I think it was a previous plan alright.

Something else as well - mix2match or similar...

Anyway, now we have the new, improved Extra Easy plan

Very similar to EE but you have 2/3 superfree instead of 1/3. It restricts your intake even further to promote better losses.
