Success lost 5lbs!

Admittedly i havent been eating an awful lot.
My general day would be a blueberry muffin for breakfast.
banana and yoghurt for lunch and maybe a bowl of vegetables
then for dinner few potatos meat and vegetables

but its been just under a week and ive lost 5lbs so im very pleased.
I'm going to see how many i can lost next week
