Success on 1000??

    How successful has anyone been on step 3 - around 1000? I'm considering it in the next couple of weeks to try and lose my final stone. Would that work? I really want food but want to get it right.

    I lost 3lbs last week on 1000 after pitiful losses on SS (I wasn't supposed to be on it anyway). But I have messed around a bit with the plans so don't know how typical that is. I got to have a really nice meal with bf though and it was so worth it :) xx

    i was losing about 3lb a week on 1000 plan and OH was losing about 5lb a week on it, at least with this plan you get many more options and have breakfast, lunch and dinner which makes things easier with a family

    i'm thinking of going on this plan. i'm going to have to talk to my cdc. i'm on the 810 but the weight is just not coming off me. infact i think i've put on a pound this week rather than loosing any, but i am exercise mad. just frustrating :(
