Sucess express HexB

Hi guys, just a quick question if anyone can help. I'm trying a couple of days of success express after a slightly over indulgent weekend so I was wondering can you have your HexB choice as well as your third free food or is it instead off??

From looking at the SW website the SE says 1/3 free:2/3 superfree + 1 or 2 HEA and 2 HEB. That sounds to me that you have your HEB as well as your 1/3 free.
