    Lunch & day snacks:
    Ham
    Boiled Egg
    salad
    Kraft low dressing 1 tbsp (1syn)
    Shape Zero yog
    apple
    2 x plums

    Dinner:
    Spag bol made with:
    Extra lean mince
    tinned tomatoes
    garlic
    onion
    Branston - 1 tbs (1 syn)
    pasta

    Activia creamy lemon (2.5 syns)
    Hi Fi Lemon (5.5 syns)

    Activia lemon zesty thing 2.5syns
    2 x Nairn Spice Oat bisc. 4 syns
    (NEARLY used everything up!)

    Lunch & nibbles:
    2 x Shape Zero
    Pasta
    Tuna
    Apple
    2 x plums
    Kraft dressing - doube serving 2 syn
    Hi Fi bar

    Just dinner to sort out. Have freefood, HeA & up to 6.5 syns left!

    Dinner:
    3 Quorn Bramley apple sausages
    baked beans
    mashed pot with some spread (1.5 syns)

    He A and up to 5 syns left.

    WoooHooooo

    Stressed so snacking on 2 chocolate eclair 2 syns each (sweets)

    Milky coffee to use HeA

    All gone screwy - cheese burger & chips!

    Now sarnies and crisps.

    Been a strange day - looked after friends daughter at short notice and then looked at possible wedding venues so haven't got straight!
