hello all!
so ive been battling the the urge to cheat for the last week or so and i keep just having tiny tastes of things and its making me really made that i keep doing this!
ive started feeling alot hungrier since putti g in some very light exercise!
would sucking sugar free hard candies help? would it be aloud? or is it just a grin and get through it situation?

I don't think you are allowed them - and eating them might make you want more food. Sorry to bring bad news;)

sucking or chewing anything sugar free might make you feel hungrier. try not to do the little tastes esp if they're carb based as this will make you hungry.

now im back on night shifts ive been too tired to be hungry so at least that is keeping me 100% now :)
