    Hi.

Its my first day of re-feed but I wondered because I cant see it on the sheet when can you start introducing sugar i.e. sugar in tea/coffee, piece of cake etc is it after re-feed and maintenance and if you was to eat/have sugar in your hot drinks what would happen. My pharmisicist is useless so need a bit of help

    Thanks x

Leave it until after you've completely finished refeeding as sugar is carbohydrate......do you take much sugar in drinks? If you do have you thought about switching to sweeteners, either tablet or granulated? One way to save calories and an easy change to make...... The granulated works fine in most recipes too.
