I dont have these unfortunately, but have you thought about having something like a banana or depending on the day you are on a bowl of pasta or potatoes of some kind?
Because they release sugars slowly, you should not get these cravings. Also have a glass of water by your bed to sip when you wake, as you could be dehydrated.

A sugar craving during the night could easily be dehydration, so taking a glass of water to bed with you could solve the issue without adding syns unneccessarily.
Did you get these before SW, if so what did you do? Did you get up & have something to eat. If so it's likely this has become a habit rather than a need.

When you wake up try have just plain water, it will be hard at first but after a few nights you will stop waking up as there is 'nothing' to wake up for.;)
No - I am asleep!! Sorry, don't mean to be flippant, because it is obviously a real problem for some people.

It might be an idea if you can find out why you are waking at that time of the morning.
