Sugar shakes

Hi All

I just wondered if anyone here sufferes with "sugar shakes"? I seem to really struggle with this, I get so shakey and seem to be desperate just for something with sugar, even if i'm not really that hungry.

Does anyone know of any quick fixes that might keep my fingers out the biscuit tin.....

Sounds like your blood sugar is dropping too low. Something with a high sugar content should help eg. an isotonic drink, glass of orange juice etc. Although usually it just means you've not eaten recently or enough, so ensure you're eating the right number of calories for each meal and don't forget your power snacks. If necessary, have two smaller power snacks throughout the morning.
