Is there a limit to how much you can have in a day, I seem to be getting through quite a bit to make my mouth feel fresher.

Hiya, I dont think there is a limit but im sure it can have a laxative effect if you have too many, think it says that on the packet.Does it not make you feel hungryer? I use gold spot mouth freshner or thos things you can put on your tongue. xxx

    Hi Spingador,
I'm the same with the gum, be careful with the fruit flavour sugarfree ones though, they've got citic acid in them which can knock you out of ketosis!

And doesn't it make your stomach think that food is on its way too?

It can make you feel hungry. I chew Trident s/f gum all day.

Hmmmm... I read somewhere not to chew gum on CD or Lipotrim as it can trigger hunger and introduce air into stomach and wind like pains???

    Correct me if I'm wrong!

I use the listerine strips and slip my water all day...
