Suggestion?

    I have a 200 calorie meal now, Im having a can of tuna which is 195 calories, what else could i put with it to make it a bit more filling?

    You can have 2 table spoons of either salad or veg (only white and green veg)

    Firstly - the tuna must be in spring water, not brine or oil - just so you know.

    I'd put cucumber and lettuce with it and make a small kind of salad, but that may not be what you consider filling :D

    It is in brine but i am going to drain it and counted the calories on it exactly.

    It's not the calories that are the problem, it's the salt.

    Are you not allowed salt on the CD?

    No, you can't add salt to anything on CD.

    oh woops lol

    i've been on it a week and added salt to every soup i had!

    oh well, still lost a stone in a week though. can't be too bad?

    Opps! Now you know :) Salt makes you retain water. I'm not sure if there are any other reasons you shouldn't have it.

    Well done on the stone though, that's great!
