Hi all!

Anybody got any high protein, high iron, low carb meal ideas? I'm getting a bit fed up! X
 
I quite like beef stir fry with cabbage when I'm worried about my protein/iron levels. Add some garlic, ginger, chilli flakes (if you like a bit of spice) and soy sauce. Works for me!
