Today's Nosh:

Meal 1:
Porridge made with water and sweetener (HEB)

Meal 2:
Cream cracker with EL cheese and slice of ham (2.5 syns)

Meal 3 :
Pork fillet
Carrot and swede mash
Potato with EL cheese (HEA)
2 slices prosciutto (1 syn)

Meal 4:
2 pizza bites (6 syns)

Wonderful Wednesday. Was supposed to be going shopping at 1pm today and had in good faith decided on a SP day but got delayed so won't be till at least 7pm. Cue digging deep into the freezer to see if there was anything I could use that was free :confused:

Meal 1:
WW seeded soda bread (HEB)
Cheese (HEA)
Ham

Meal 2:
Cod fillets
Carrot and turnip mash
About 5 (max) crisps I robbed on DS whilst fish was cooking (2syns)

Meal 3:
Aldi slimfree chicken tikka ready meal
Stir-fry veg


I do not like not being organised :rolleyes:

Terrific Thursday, very optimistic today :D
Can't get over how nice that ready meal from Aldi was. I will definitely be having it again. It was a definite bonus that it didn't come with rice making it perfect for SP. Coming in on the calculator as free also as it's not on the app yet.

Today's nibbles will be...

Breakfast:
2x Benefit light bars (HEB)

Lunch:
2x Veggie sausages (2syns)
2x Eggs
2x Bacon
Beans
Mushrooms
Tomatoes

Dinner:
Pork
Creme fraiche (3syns)
Loads of stir fry veg

Had a bag of crisps at 11am (5syns)

Snacking on a half a melon throughout the day for extra speed.

Might or might not have a mugshot later, we'll see.

Feeling quite 'plump' today. I shall be taking it easy on the carbs for the weekend to get me, hopefully, a nice weigh in to start October on Monday. I made a huge pot of chicken soup last night and hopefully that will keep me from crisps etc. The weekend is the absolute worst for me.

Today's food....

Melon
Miller light

Chicken Soup
WW seeded soda (HEB)

Ham and egg salad


Will be having more soup and melon in between meals if I need them. I'm addicted to chicken soup :eating:

I love melon but it doesn't love me lol. I blow up like a balloon two hours after eating it :D

Today's grub:

Full breakfast with all the usuals plus HEB toast

Mullerlight and an apple

Carrot soup

So today is my flexi syn day, I'm off out in 20mins for a Chinese followed by drinks. I'll try to be as good as I can :D

Meal replacement shake (11syns)

Burger in a bowl, with salad and HEA cheddar, mayo (2syns)


Shake wasn't ideal but it's synned how and ever. Had not planned on being away at lunch and options were very limited.

Today was so boring food wise. HEA I used on milk today, cannot be dealing with the coffee stains that black coffee leaves. Sick of having to whiten them :D Only had normal milk and it isn't my greatest fan so I'll pick up some soya or almond milk tomorrow. I find cow's milk gives me horrible blister like spots on my face.

@jules1981 I've only checked the chicken tikka but that one is deffo free. No synned ingredients at all. I'm sure the rest are free too and lesser kcals and cheaper than the slimming world meals.

Didn't get food till 2pm today, wasn't impressed. Went to a garage as we were travelling and assumed I could get something but noooooo, nothing. No HEA or HEB today but lots of protein and speed :)

Aldi latte macchiato light (5.5syns)


Beef stir-fry, lots of speed and Oyster and spring onion sauce (4syns) with Aldi Mediterranean cauliflower rice.

Quark sweetened (1syn) and orange essence added.

Haven't a clue on the syns for the cauliflower rice.

Not bad as weekends go. Still don't know if there is syns in the cauliflower rice.
