In the weight watchers meeting yesterday we were talking about summer body confidence and what we might do over the next 8 weeks to get active and help our weight loss. We were encouraged to set a weight loss goal for the next 8 weeks to help us keep on track, and to visualise what we might look like in 8 weeks' time.
So, what is your 8 week goal?
Mine is to lose 8lbs over the next 8 weeks bringing my weight down to 13st 8lbs on the week beginning 8th July 2013.
