A big salad bowl is always good as sometimes meaty things are a bit too much, doesnt have to be fancy just lovely fresh salad veg chopped small enough to be easily manageable.

hi ya!

i used some of those silicone muffin cases to make mini frittatas - they looked really cute and tasted nice - plus you could do a variety of flavours xx

Take some frozen grapes and the dhal loaf, its lovely cold and a real change from sw quiche, the recipe is on here if you do a search and i am sure it would go down a bomb at a taster evening.

i tried to make a cake didn't work so i took pink and whites mikadas and asda split pot yogurt
