Summer Weight loss Goals

Hi All

Rather than doing the weight goals month to month I wondered whether people would appreciate a longer challenge.

So this is where to write your goal weight you are aiming for by the end of September (3 months) I will do another one after this which will take us to Christmas.

Hope that makes some sense and that people fancy it.

For me my target for the 3 months is going to be 1st

Jacqui - start of challenge 204lb - target weight 189lb - 213lb to go - 30/9/10:S
Kes - start of challenge 178lb - target weight 150lb - 18.5lb to go - 21/9/10
Purple Kathryn - start of challenge 210lb - target weight 198lb - 4lb to go - 30/9/10
Blue Butterfly - start of challenge 268lb - target weight 222lb - 32lb to go - 9/8/10
Clairewannabeslim - start of challenge 224lb - target weight 196lb - 28lb to go - 11/7/10
Jenniferewen - start of challenge 184lb - target weight 170lb - 14lb to go - 13/7/10
Elliebird - start of challenge 326lb - target weight 298lb - 28lb to go - 3/8/10

im up fo it... by then i would have like to have lost 2 stone ish...

I am up for this challenge, just getting back on xenical so this will give me something to aim for and help keep me on track I think.

I would like to lose 3 stone in the 3 months.
My start weight is 19st 2lb or 268lbs :(
So 3 stone down would take me to 16st 2lb.

im up for this too, 28lb for me please! thats a month b4 hubs finishes tour so will b giving it my all leading up till then :) x
welcome. I think it is great that the support is here on the group. For me I know that this is a long journey and breaking it up to manageable bites definitely helps.

I hope everyone manages to get their personal goal by the end of the challenge

Ahh not bad Jacqui just had a STS for 3 weeks running (well on my weigh in day). So getting a bit frustrated. Hoping this week will be better!!

Yeah that must be frustrating. Are you just keeping on doing the same things or are you mixing it up a bit to see if you can kick start the losses off again.
I'll see how it goes this week. because the day before my "offical weigh in" day I'd lost a lb.
Happy happy happy to report a 2lb loss this week. :D

I'm down to 15st 0lbs I'm getting all excited to when I finally see 14st come up (well 14st 13lbs etc)

12lbs to go for this challenge! :)
Well done 2lb is great and you are just a smidge away form having that new number at the start. good luck and I hope we see it next time
