    L: 2 slices of wholemeal bread - 152
    Ham - 70
    ww minestrone soup - 122
    Skips - 89

    D: Sharwoods noodles - 220
    Chicken - 340
    Blue Dragon Chilli Sauce - 80
    Soy sauce - not sure of cals for this?

    Total cals: 1246

    Exercise: Tried Davina Fit and lasted 20mins, I am so unfit! Took the dog for a half an hour walk.

    Exercise: Will be walking to and from the sunbeds, around an hour in total.
