Red is 2.5 syns per tablespoon (not completely 100% on this but i know it's less than the green which is definitely 4)

And sun dried tomatoes are free as long as they are the dried ones. The ones that come in jars with oil obvisouly aren't free. By the way we have a special sub-forum for all things syn values that you will find useful for questions like this.

I suppose as tomatoes are a fruit, dried ones should be synned! lol .....hope they never apply syns to tinned or cooked tomatoes or passata - I'll barely have anything left to eat! hehehe
