Does anybody know the syn value of Chinese instant noodles the ones with the dry power seasoning?

Depends on the brand and nutritional information. Most have oil in the noodles so they can be pretty high

I guess these wouldn't be too bad if you have half a pack with say a piece of chicken which has been cooked with spices i.e. Scwartz perfect shake are free. or a pack when 'on the go'

That sounds like a great suggestion! I used to have a packet split between 2 of Asda's pitta breads (as HexB), usually filled with salad stuff, so when the hexb pitta breads changed, I started to have the a packet on it's own but never knew what the syns were. Never thought to try having them with chicken, so will defs give that a go! Thanks again x

You could use the WW wholemeal pitta bread as that is still on the HEB list
