need to lose 3 stone before April for my trip to Dubai
starting on Sunday, as i missed delivery today, so collecting tomorrow
i really can't wait to start

4th day in, and not going bad at allthe water intake has increasedthe packs are good enough so all in all having a enjoyable time believe i am in Ketosis so all is well
