    hi ladies, i need help please.

    Going out to a restaurant for dinner today with the family so advice please on what are a musts to avoid+what types of food would be best to go for?

    no not yet :/ i would have looked up the menu so its annoying x

    I would go for the roast, lots of veg, especially if its a carvery type place, because you can decide what goes on your plate.

    The main things are no fat/skin on meat, ask for gravy on the side (so you can just add as much as you want) ask for boiled potatoes instead of roasties.

    If it's a carvery then no worries just fill up on veg.

    Try not to stress though, enjoy your meal. A roast isn't the worst thing you can have so just do your best :)

    if it's somewhere you can have steak, jacket & salad, Thales always a good option

    The carvery we go to put butter in everything, the new potatoes, the runner beans etc!

    thats my problem, i dont like roast dinners so was prob gonna go for a pasta dish, maybe spag bol or lasagne so what would be recommended. Im a bit of a fussy one when it comes to foods, could even change to a green day to allow for more hex's coz so far today ive just had fruit+yogurt x
