CUP OF TEA

Lunch;
Ham
Muller light

Not much but didnt have time to stop

Dinner:
Homemade burgers
Another small coconut muller light

Snacks:
Crab sticks

I did WW 8 years ago but this is my first time doing SW too and I'm doing EE from home and getting lots of help and inspiration from minimins. I have been keeping a note of my daily eating for 2 weeks now, if you want to check it out and maybe we could all help and inspire each other

Day 2:
Breakfast:
mackerel 2 syns, scrambled eggs and tomatoes.

Lunch:
Chicken Mugshot
Nectarine

Dinner:
Tuna pasta, grated carrot, sweetcorn, cumcumber, olives 3 syn, creme frais
bunch of red grapes


Yummy day trying to save my Syns for a wedding I am going to tomorrow I know there will be plenty of SYNful food and I want to enjoy it all.
 
Day 4

So yesterday I am not even going to count was at a wedding and I ate loads and loved it but back on today.

No breakfast still full from yesterday

Lunch
Tuna Pasta salad olives 3 SYNS

Dinner
SW Spag Bol with courgette mushroom onion and salad. 2 babybell melted on top for my 2 HE A
Nectarine

Still need to have my 2hex b not sure what to have yet tho. hmmm..
 
Day 5

Breakfast-
Apple and a coffee

Lunch-
Mackerel salad with cottage cheese

Dinner-
Egg mayo and bacon salad with cottage cheese and 2 extra light cheese triangles.
Greek style muller light

HEX A cheese triangles and skimmed milk in coffee.

HEX B NOTHING

SYNS FOR DAY - 3.5
 
day 6

breakfast:
one slice wholemeal toast with ham and 1 extra light laughing cow cheese triangle with a coffee

lunch:
crabsticks sweetcorn cottage cheese

dinner
1/3 veg mushy peas mash potato, pork chop and bisto gravy
syn free dessert not sure what yet maybe fruit and fromage frais or will search online for a recipe.

He a cheese triange some skimmed milk in coffee

he b wholemeal toast

syns 5 for the gravy
 
wow huni ur doin great i am starting thursday after iv been class iv just made a lovely carbonara good luck with wi not that u need it xx

Ham and cheese spread sandwich

Dinner
Left over bolognaise

1 choc digestive 1 ginger biscuit.

Breakfast
Mackeral baked beans
Strawberries 2syns

Lunch
Apple (forgot to pack a lunch doh)

Dinner
Rice, tuna, tomatos, onion, sweetcorn, olives, cucumber 1syn

Snacks
1 ginger nut biscuit, a penguin, light chocolate digestive (had to fill up on biscuits after forgetting lunch :( )

Syns for day 15 phew just scrapped through and weigh in tomorrow

Bran flakes dry (hexb)

Lunch
Tuna rice salad

Dinner
Homemade burgers
1 cheddar baby bell salad (hex a)
Lemon curd syn free with fromage frais
Choc philly pot

Day 10

Felt a bit anxious today and i always feel like picking in tht mood and didnt have any fruit in so snacked on not super free foods :(

Aldi cupshot

Chicken, Salad, New potatoes cottage cheese
Raspberry torte (9 syns)

Ooop thats 17 syns in one day thank goodness weigh in is on friday!! And not monday Im not too worried

Dinner;

Chilled lemon souffle syn free

2 haribo rings

B. lemon mousse with a pear

L. Rice tuna pasta
A mango

D. Barbecue spicy chicken kebabs with mushrooms onions peppers more rice salad
Baked cinemon banana with fromage frais

A choc philly pot

Syns for day 8 cant believe 4 for a banana lol
