super speed foods

Does anyone by chance have a list of super speed foods.
I want to put a list on my fridge to remind me.

No sorry - and we wouldn't be allowed to post it here anyway as it would breach SW copyright.

If you're a SW member there's a list of free foods on the website which shows whether they are F or FF, S or SS.
