    Oooh! Well...I love pretty much all fruit, especially melon and pineapple (although that's S not SS). I really like fish as well, and quite a few fish are SS.

    Melon, definitely. And if I can find one, a Piel de Sapo melon. They are slightly cheaper in Tesco this week, so I have had two!!

    Like you i love melon, i take it to lunch with me most days and have it with 0% fat free greek yogurt! YUM, YUM, YUM!

    i love melon and have it alot i esp like it with my cheerios in the morn topped with mullerlight and banana , love my breakfast

    Sainsbury's do a bag of 'no frills' frozen mixed berries for £1. Lots of lovely fruit in there.:)

    Strawberries, raspberries and mushy peas (obviously not together!)

    I am a northern bird at heart so cant reisit mushy peas unlike my hubby who is a southerner and cant get his head round them!

    Berries and most fruit esp pineapple and chopped apple with lemon juice (makes them sharp and stops them browning when chopping for later)

    i dont have an upto date book ( doing sw at home with a friends old book..and mins of course!) any idea where i can get an up to date list-i'm sure chicken and cod arent listed as speed foods in my book?
