Superdrug meal replacement

Hello ladies and gentlemen perhaps!

New to this forum and starting superdrug meal replacement tomorrow. I'm going to be replacing two meals and having one food meal a day at around 500cals.

Current weight 105kg
goal weight 75kg

would love to hear from anyone doing the same diet to get a bit of support from each other and swap snack/meal ideas!

I'm starting the superdrug version on Monday want to lose about 2 stone I just hope I can stick to it xxx
