Another question from a newbie!
I'm following extra easy, and I'm still a little confused about the 1/3 superfree foods rule.
For example, if i wanted to have ham, egg and chips for dinner, I wouldn't really want to have salad with that. So if I had some fruit afterwards, would that still count?
