Superfree rules

I just read somewhere that the quantity of free:superfree food has to be met in order to loose. What is the raitio of free:superfree. I know 1/3 of the plate has to be superfree so does that mean 2/3 free???

The other two thirds can be whatever you want it - free foods, synned foods, healthy extras or even more superfree.
