I got told it wasn't free at my meeting, said it was either injected or spread with oils/fats to keep moist while cooking. Hence it having syns, not sure how many though, sorry.

Wish it were then it would be great (and lazy, lol) to pick one up at lunch or tea time. :)

There is a long and on-going debate about rotisserie chicken so try doing a search. Many moons ago when I still ate chicken the syn value quoted was 40 syns for a whole chicken. Now the only one listed is the Asda rotisserie chicken and that definitely has syns because it is basted with oil. What the other supermarkets do is anyone's guess.
