Supermarket Rotisserie Chickens

I sometime buy these to use if I'm really busy. I take all the skin and any fat off first. Is this free? The app says that it's 2.5 syns per 100g but I assume this includes the skin?

I would assume the meat is free, with the skin removed. X

Thanks! I thought so, but I've had a sts and a gain the past two weeks so am going through what I've eaten trying to figure out where I could have slipped up!

Well KFC is free if you don't eat the skin, so is chip shop fish with the batter removed, so I can't think why a chicken would be syns if it was rotisseried... ( is that a word?) lol I don't know.

It is free, it was on the slimming world website not long ago. As long as all skin is removed.
