Speed and superspeed foods do what they say on the tin - SPEED up your weight loss! :)

Speed foods include:
Marrowfat peas, Processed peas, lentils, quorn mince, quorn pieces, aubergine, bean sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, chillies, courgettes, cucumber, french beans, leeks, lettuce, mangetout, marrow, mushrooms, onions, passata, peppers, pumpkin, runner beans, savoy cabbage, shallots, spinach, spring onions, sugar snap peas, swede, turnip, watercress, baby sweetcorn, bamboo shoots, butternut squash, celeriac, curly kale, apples, apricoats, bilberries, blackberries, cherries, clementines, figs, greengages, kiwi fruit, mandarin, nectarines, oranges, peaches, pears, pineapple, plums, redcurrants, rhubarb, satsumas, tangerines, watermelon, bass, bream, hake and halibut.

Other examples of Superspeed are:

You probably lost 6lbs because it was your first week rather than because you ate lots of strawberries. Its great to eat speed foods though as it aids weightloss but only if its eaten instead of non speed foods rather than in addition to.

Me too - I am a right slow coach :sigh:

My faves are melon, strawberries, baked beans, chicken and nectarines (but not together obviously :8855:).

Oh, and my first week I GAINED 0.5lbs :eek:
