Superspeed Soup

I do this soup same as recipe above except I use the rich beef stockpots instead of ham stock cubes. It comes out really meaty!!!!

Hi everyone, im new to SW and need a bit of advice, could anyone tell me if it's ok to eat a bowl of superspeed soup before every meal rather than having 1/3 superfree as part of my meal on EE?? Its all very confusing...thank in advance .

I probably wouldn't do this. It's not all superFREE it's superSPEED which means you wouldn't probably get enough super free with each meal!! Anyway it's actually quite filling- don't think you would be able to eat meals after too.
