Has anyone found any that they would recommend?

Im thinking of trying acai - supposed to be an excellent superfood that aids weight loss and gives you energy and 5 - hTP Which is supposed to be very good to reduce carbohydrate cravings which I could certainly do with. I already take a green tea supplement - but might stop that while I try the other two.
