Sounds like you should be the one giving support and advice as you've done so well already!! I've got 3 stone to lose and seeing your tracker is a great motivator and I'm sure you'll be those few pounds lighter by Christmas. Can I ask why the 3 day re-feed at week 7?

Ah thanks everyone. Today is going ok, so far so good. I certainly didnt miss all the visits to the loo whan maintaining, ha!

Just want to get off 10lb, then go back to maintenance really. That way gives me a little flexibility as lots of social events/Xmas coming up.

Well done all, we are indeed on the same journey. It's really great having the support of everyone on here, which is priceless.

    Thanks again.

You did it before so can do it again .. you know that so keep telling yourself that. Its all in your head.

Keep thinking of all the reasons that you want/need to do this for and turn them into determination to do it.

You can do it :) we're all here to help xx

Oh Cazie, it's hard to get back, I know only too well as I was off it for 3 weeks (was only meant to be one!). I got some great advice from Kolacube to just take each day as it comes and start afresh until you get into the zone again. It took me a few attempts to come back but am soooo glad I did!
I now don't even count the days, just get through each one, drink my water and wake up the next day feeling good about having another day completed.
Best of luck hun. 10lbs is nothing really when you consider the staggering losses on this plan!
YOU CAN, AND WILL, DO IT!
