surgery after weight loss - would you?

i really think that if i manage to loose the amount of weight i would like to and get my bmi to 25 i will need surgery afterwards. after 2 sections with big babies i know it doesnt matter how much weight i loose my tummys never going to shrink with it. i already have a large overhang and my tummys far too stretched for it to go away. i know.surgery carries risks but i think i would hate.having this apron. just now it is larger in circumference than my waist by about 1" so my trousers feel looser at the waist but need them to fit in the tummy. waffling a bit but just wondered if anyone might have the same issues x

With the amount of weight I need to lose, I will defo need surgery and I am slightly worried about it but decided to cross that bridge when I get to it. There will be loads of loose skin but I'd rather that that the fat. You can hide loose skin with clothes and look slim but you can't do the same with fat!
