Hi guys,
My CDC said that after Having surgery, you can't do the CWP for 12 weeks. Does this hold true if you've already been on the CWP immediately before surgery?
I have gallstones and was due to have my gallbladder out this week. I cancelled it because it's the middle of the school holidays and childcare would be an issue. They've said it will be sometime after October now instead so I have a chance to shift more weight.
Anyone know why you can't do it for 12 weeks after? It would really suck to have to give up
