    :DFeel good that I survived the first day was a bit worried that I wouldnt do it:(!

    I find the evening the worst time of day, not that I'm necessarily hungry, but just to use food for comfort/boredom. I have started to tell myself at night that if I want to eat the next day I will, but usually the next day I'm so pleased I survived that I dont. Just the evening again.

    Anyone have weak moments? XX

    I have weak moments all the time, last night I was ready to give in. Hubby made me go wash my hair - it worked. when you feel weak just try and distract yourself. x

    I agree, distraction and drinking plenty water, I nearly gave in to a slice of quorn - glad I didn't just got to keep to the programme..
