surviving the weekend!!

Hi all,I'm fairly new to this site but unfortunately not new to weight loss and gain!!!
I would really love some tips to keep on track at the weekend. I'm a mum of 4 and we're a very sociable family. I'm following slimming world, green/red as no idea how to do EE! The trouble is, the weekend comes and it goes out the window. It usually starts with a glass of wine, then hubby comes in and even if we don't have a takeaway I'll still "treat" myself because it's the weekend!! I'm so good during the week and have at most 5 syns a day to try and limit some of the damage, but I've heard you shouldn't hoard your syns, is this true?
We live in the Middle East so it's BBQ's and lunches all week and weekends, although that will come to an end when we move back to the UK in July and I can join a SW class. I started 2 weeks ago and I've lost 3lbs. Considering I do Davina DVD 4 mornings a week it should be falling off, i just can't get my head around the weekend!!
Any tips or support would be greatly appreciated.
