    WW tuna and sweetcorn mayo 1

    H/M Leek and potato soup 1

    Orange juice 200ml 1
    Yogurt 1
    4x rye crisp breads 1
    H/M Salsa 0

    Potato and chicken 8

    Points used 18.5


    My allowance is 21 (hopefully thursday it will be 1 less :) )
