Hi does anyone know the syn values for the ready to eat sushi packs you can buy from various supermarkets please? Have looked on the SW site but no luck...

It is quite low 1.5 for a medium pack I think. Have a go with the syns tools on the website using the nutritional info on the packets.

I frequently have sushi from m & s which range between 1-3.5 syns. Such a lovely low syn lunch

Veg ones are usually lowest in syn value where as the fish ones will have higher syns still low though.

Marks and Spencer's do a vegetable sushi pack for 1 syn.

Morrison small veg sushi only 1 syn and only cost £1 so i eat two as a lunch

It is listed in the new book at 2 syns per 100g for fish sushi and 1.5 for vegetable sushi
