Hi all,
I started attack today,and it has gone well!
Today I ate:-
Breakfast - smoked salmon and scrambled eggs,coffee,water

Lunch - tin of tuna in water,cottage cheese,0% natural yoghurt,water

Dinner-Grilled lemon sole with herbs,yoghurt and capers,pickled gherkin
galette(sweetened with splenda,cinammon)topped with 0% greek yoghurt(yum!),water

snacks during the day-crab sticks,sliced ham,1 diet coke,
I have drunk at least 1.5 ltrs water so far.

I feel fine really,haven't been hungry,so has gone well so far.:)

well done susie, that menu for the day looks great.

my tip is always make sure you plan what your eating the day before so you've got it all there and ready.

let us know how you go on and keep us updated :) x

I seem to be doing OK.I think I've finally cracked the galette!:bliss: (thanks to the advice on here!)
Yesterday,I felt really nauseous after(and during breakfast),didn't enjoy brekky at all.However,this morning,I got the galette right,and really enjoyed it.
So far I haven't felt bad,a little bit tired,and a cacky mouth,but I just keep glugging the water!

On day 6,and not feeling brilliant TBH.I feel really drained of energy(it came on last night,and I was in bed by 9.30:eek:).I didn't weigh myself yesterday or this morning,because it's going up and down by fractions of a pound,and I can't be a***d with that LOL!!
I think I may shop after work and get some veggies and salad.Start cruise a day early.
I'll weigh myself on Saturday I think.

Are you posting your menus? You mightn't be eating enough protein for your current weight?
