    Breakfast: banana and Alpen light double chocolate ( 1/2 HexB)

    Snack: banana

    Lunch: pot shot tomato and herb. Mullerlight manderine yoghurt

    Dinner: SW chips, baked cod and mushy peas
    Active ff vanilla yoghurt

    Snacks: Cup of Coffee with 1 sugar (1syn)
    Cup of Tea with 1 sugar (1 syn plus 1 syn for milk for both tea and coffee)
    Alpen light bar (HexB)
    Warburton hotcross bun slice with flora light (5 syns)
    Sainsbury's basic crisps 18g (4.5 syns)

    Sunday 24th April - Easter Sunday!!

    Breakfast: coffee with milk and 1 sugar (1syn)
    chocolate weetabix x2 HexB and 2syns

    Lunch: roast lamb (no fat) broccoli, cauliflower, broadbeans, snap peas, boiled newbies...one small roaster (2syn) and one small roast parsnip (1 syn), one small Yorkshire (2 syns) and gravy (1syn)
    Mullerlight vanilla with sprinkles

    Snack: banana x2

    Tea: warburton fruit loaf x2 (8 syns) teaspoon of extra light flora (1 syn)

    Then .... The ears from my lindt golden bunny!!! Yikes!!!

    Failed :(

    Another day ... Another fresh start :)

    Monday 25th April (Bank Holiday)

    Breakfast: two boiled eggs with two slices of hovis wholemeal marmite soilders (HexB and 1syn for Flora) Cup of coffee with one sugar (1syn)
    Banana!!

    Went shopping and got hungry - kids had Easter eggs to munch on - but I grabbed another banana :)

    Lunch: mixed salad (tomatoes, carrot, cucumber, peppers, mushroom, snap peas) broad beans, boiled newbies and tuna ( mixed with 1/2 tbsp on salad cream light and 1/2 extra light Mayo 1syn and teaspoon of flora light on spuds 1syn

    Peach slices (defrosted) with frozen vanilla ff activia yoghurt :)

    Well for Tea, i had left over salad from lunch time with grated 28g of cheddar - gert lush :)
