LOL your menu sounds a lot better than mine was :D

Complete right off day, I had some wine at a friend's birthday part on Thursday night, and because I don't drink much it really affected me - felt horrible yesterday and ate carbs all day!

Oh well back to plan today -

B - sossies (1.5), eggs and spinach
L - pea and mint soup
D - chicken casserole with veg

Morning all

Another rainy day and oofph wasn't it windy in the night! Trying to eat light today and tomorrow (got the day off yaye) so the gain isn't too horrendous tomorrow night.

Also started back on ACV and lemon juice in water before a meal, it does help losses and I don't know why I stopped.

B - tea
L - overnight oats with chopped apple and cinnamon
D - soup

Would like to know more about this, i.e. quantities? I used to have 30mls ACV in water first thing in the morning and come to think of it the weight was falling off then, also don't know why I stopped!

I'm taking 2 tablespoons of ACV (with the mother) and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in a big glass of sparkling mineral water, about 30 mins before each meal. I'm also going to add 1/8th tsp of baking soda too (when I buy some) because that really helps too. it tastes nice - is the colour of ginger beer, and not too sour at all :). And it does really take the edge off hunger pangs and makes me feel fuller.

It won't help for tonight though - WI is going to be a disaster! I don't know what got into me last night, made a pasta dish which was lush and had three portions! I overate so much i was really uncomfortable all night. Why do we do these things?! Ah well, onwards and downwards.
 
I chickened out, I'm afraid - it was so cold and I was still feeling horribly bloated from the never ending bowl of pasta that I''d stuffed my face with the night before!

But I'm back in focus today -

B - ACV plus meat slice and coffee x 2
L - ACV and veggie bake and salad, and an apple
D - ACV and steak stir fry

Going to keep syns to below 15, and hopefully get rid of what looks to be a 10lb gain (most of it pasta!).

I actually can't go to many more WIs before Christmas - just next Monday, and then I'm on leave. I'm not sure how many you can miss before you have to rejoin and I don't want to use up all my 'holidays' on it - so might just weigh in at home until January and rejoin then - there's bound to be a voucher.
 
Morning team

Had a 100% on plan day yesterday and the scales are already showing the needle going down woohoo! :woohoo:

I just need to remember in this long journey of mine that I will have cycles of going off plan and being fed up then getting back on plan!

B - ACV, then HEB toast plus chicken and lettuce (as a toasted sandwich - very nice but not enough of it!), plus two strawberries and coffee
L - ACV then steak and green veg warm salad
D - pork stir fry - cabbage, carrots - finally getting around to trying the grating tool on my kitchen blender...
Syns - prob the same as last night - an Options drink (2), then 3 rye cakes (3, as I've used up my HEB) with 8 syns' worth of peanut butter and Sweet Freedom swirled on top - 1.5 - total - 14.5 - and cheaper than Hifis!

Not too bad a day - change of plan for dinner, had spicy beef with peas and arrabiata sauce, very nice too.

Then a few cookies, but hopefully within my syn allowance.
 
Was a pound up again this morning but sticking with it :)

B - HEB ham toasted sandwich and lots of coffee
L - spicy mince, peas, green leafy salad veg
D - pork, potatoes and parsnips roasted in the Halo with paprika chip spice mmm and green leafy veg
Syns - none (hopefully)
 
Morning all

A manic couple of days at work but one project successfully finished. Only three more days at work then I'm off until the 7th woohoo!

Not been great on the food front but am ready to receive a big gain on Monday, just try and get through Christmas and then back into focus in the NY.

Brunch - SW burgers and eggs - yum!
D - not sure yet, making a few things - lemon and herb chicken, beef casserole with veg, and sausage and bean casserole with roasted potatoes - so, one of those :).

In the end it was sausages and beans, and then some roast beef with HEA cheese.

WI is going to show a huge gain but there's no point in getting upset about it, it's a tough time of year!

D - out for dinner tonight with mates, so don't know yet :)

WI was - as predicted - a disaster, with a 7.5lb gain. But I was off plan for pretty much all of the three weeks, so I'm ok about it. Also had a good chat with a woman in my club who has lost 7 stone, she's about halfway, and she's been coming to SW for years. She said not to worry about, there will be lots of ups and downs - and just to focus on the fact that I've lost over 4.5 stone. Good advice, I reckon - but you can say it and say it to yourself and it doesn't have an impact - it needed someone else to say it to me :).

The disastrous evening continued, with a flat battery, a three hour wait and then, when I got home, discovered too late that there was a hole in the cat litter bag and it went all over the floor!

But today is a new day, and I feel great, with a new shirt on that is much less baggy on me, and everyone has been complimentary :).

Not going to record food today, or be too worried about coming off plan for a bit - but will try and resist all the chocolate everywhere!

L - pepperoni, tomato and salad sandwich with a sort of cream cheese dressing, then a brownie (oops) and coffee - but no wine :)
D - not really hungry, got some chicken to use up, with salad

Also going to throw some beef and veg in the slow cooker, with a Schwartz sachet, 4 syns for the lot, so 1 syn each. Must remember to take dinner tomorrow as well as lunch, it's our Christmas do and all that will be on offer will be pizza :classic_eek:.

Well, it is what it is, I guess - makes me realise how easy it would be to go back to bad old eating habits and pile the weight back on after reaching target!

A mad day today, escorting the representative of the President of Malta around the warehouse and to a charity, etc - so it's food on the run, although I've brought tikka chicken salad for lunch - one meal at a time! :)
 
Yeah it was busy - but in a good way :). Then rushed to get last jobs done before signing off until 7 January woohoo!

Then went to the Christmas party, which was great fun - had wine but none of the pizza going round. I do have a sore head today LOL but luckily I was able to stay in bed for longer :).

Food is defo on the naughty scale today, will get back on plan tomorrow!
