Suxcessful shopping trip

Ah, just home from a food shop and so amazed that i wasnt tempted by a single thing. And amazed by the amount of ££ i saved by cutting out all the crap i usually buy for myself!! Result!

Stocked up on some strawberry and kiwi sparkling water (sainsburys)...theres no citric acid in it...and its delicious! jst another one for people to add to the list if you need a bit more than just plain water xx

Well done, I'll get some of that water, I like sparkling best. It's good practice to go shopping and not be tempted

Thanks hun, yeah it def is. Had a shake before i went and was fine...never even thought about food. The water is really good. I prefer sparkling too.....usually have 1 litre of that at night as a treat xx

Glad it's going really well. Ooh, I'd not thought of looking in Sainsbury's for the waters, that's a great tip. Starting to want something more than just water from the tap at the moment!
