Just a query
You knowthey say 1/3 super free for your plate at every meal..
Would the following be classed as 1/3
I made the mushy pea slimming world curry (this contains, tin tomatoes, onions, mushy peas, beans).. i served that wit garden peas and rice.
Now, as the tin of tomatoes within the curry would be classed as the superfree food...can this be counted as the 1/3 superfree??
Or should i have added more mushrooms/have fruit ?? to make this a right meal??
