SW after Cambridge??

Hey there!
Im half way through my 2nd week on Cambridge sole source, and Im not looking forward to the next stage of introducing foods, and have been reading the SW threads and Im looking at getting close to target with Cambridge then using the SW to loose the last few pounds and to maintain.............has anyone done this from either CD or LL??

Aww great, I cant face doing 810 and all that Ill use SS+ to get to target ( or til I cant face another shake!!) then do SW I think, hope its not too long some of the recipes and ideas sound too good to be true! Look forward to joining yo all soon !! Thanks

I came straight from SS to SW. The thing that you have to expect in your first week could be a gain. This doesnt happen to everyone, but if you think that you are re-introducing food to your body, it will want to hold on to it for as long as it can...that said the following week, the loss will be just as if you were someone who had started the SW plan from eating "convenience" foods.
The thing that I found the most difficult with CD, was on the week that you AAM...I didnt want to go back to the shakes after that and found it really difficult to adjust to.
