SW: alys weight loss diary!

Hi everyone!

Thought I'd make a wee diary on my weight loss. I'm using the SW plan extra easy. My scales are on there way but I thought I would start anyway. I am a size 16-18 ... Hoping to go down to a 14 or 12?! :)

Anyhoo,

Breakfast:
1 HEA whole meal toast and a fried egg (fry lite) and HEB cheese
1x banana

Lunch:
Tuna nicoise (no dressing as it was from supermarket)
Glass of sugar free sqaush

Tea:
Chicken Jalfrezi, rice and salad (6 syns?!)

So if I'm correct that's only 6 syns in total. Maybe a wee handle of crisps is in order abit later?

Also brought the slimming world magazine this morning, it's brilliant!! So many ideas and tips!

So had a weigh in today, 194.6lb 13.9 stone

Ideally want to go down to 12 stone?! BMI says 11 stone. I think I'll attempt the 12 stone first :)
