Hi All
ive lost 1 stone in 2 weeks following ee and attending a group! I just need some motivation this week, so i feel i need to put the badges on my signature! its wi tomorrow, i had planned flexi syns on saturday eve now im regretting it! but you cant have it all! so will see what damage (if any) ive done tomorrow!
Where do i find the thread to put my badges on the signature?
